Working hand-in-hand with the home manager, you'll be key to the smooth running of the service and the success of our dedicated staff team. This includes:

What You'll Bring:
* An ESSENTIAL NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services (or equivalent).
* ESSENTIAL experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment.
* A Full UK Driving Licence (for transporting young people).
* You must be over the age of 21.
* A commitment to working towards or having already achieved your Level 5 qualification.
