In this purpose led role, you will partner directly with service leaders to drive forward strategic aims, champion an inclusive culture, and provide expert HR guidance. What You Will Be Doing
1. Strategic Partnering: Build collaborative relationships with foundation leaders to develop workforce plans, resolve complex people issues, and drive organisational change (including restructures, TUPE, and redundancies).
2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Lead on complex ER cases, proactive absence management, and champion Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing initiatives across your business areas.
3. Team Leadership: Line manage, mentor, and develop a small, dedicated team of Assistant HRBPs and HR Assistants.
