Your Responsibilities Will Include Coordinating end-to-end tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client and internal governance requirements. Managing tender programmes, trackers and multidisciplinary inputs to meet deadlines. Administering bid activity within Microsoft and maintaining accurate audit records. Collating, formatting and quality-checking tender documentation to a high standard. Supporting bid governance reviews, client clarifications and interview presentations. Maintaining bid templates, content libraries and document control processes. About You You are a detail-oriented and highly organised bid professional with experience supporting tender submissions in the water, wastewater or wider infrastructure sectors. You are comfortable managing competing deadlines, coordinating inputs from multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. You have a strong understanding of bid governance, document control and digital tendering tools, with experience using CRM systems to enhance efficiency and quality. You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to translate complex technical information into structured, compelling content, and you work effectively both independently and as part of collaborative project teams.
