Restructuring and Insolvency Partner- Excellent Base Salary + Generous Bonus Scheme
The Role
Our client is a leading City law firm providing expert legal advice to large multinational corporations and high net worth individuals on a wide range of sectors ranging from commercial, financial services regulation, fintech, tax litigation, insolvency and litigation.
We are instructed to assist with our client's ambitious growth plans and recruit a Senior / Experienced Lawyer to join as a Partner and head up the Restructuring and Insolvency Department based in Central London.
The firm has instructions from its current client base but is looking for an individual to expand its current offering and help build a successful department as Head of Department.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a proven track in managing complex insolvency cases, providing strategic advice to clients and driving business initiatives.
* Lead and manage restructuring and insolvency projects from inception to completion
* Provide expert advice to clients on financial distress, turnaround strategies and insolvency matters
* Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships
* Mentor and develop junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
