* £35,000–£45,000 salary with company vehicle

What you’ll be getting stuck into as an Assistant Contracts Manager
* Supporting delivery of construction projects from enquiry through to handover
* Assisting with estimates, quotations and variations
* Coordinating programmes, subcontract labour and site activity
* Attending site, progress and design meetings
* Monitoring costs, materials and labour to protect margins
* Supporting H&S compliance and ISO quality standards
What you’ll bring to the table as an Assistant Contracts Manager
* Experience of new build and refurbishment and commercial fit out projects
* Previous experience supporting projects, supervision or estimating
* Solid understanding of construction regulations and site coordination
* Experience working alongside Project Managers and subcontractors
