PMO Manager - Transformation Management Office - Contract - Eastleigh (3 days onsite) - Outside IR35 - £450 - £500 per day
Are you a highly organised and proactive project management professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a PMO Manager to join our dynamic Transformation Management Office (TMO) and play a crucial role in delivering our ambitious portfolio of strategic projects.
This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in project management and strategic transformation, contributing to key digital, commercial, and operational outcomes.
What You'll Do:
As a PMO Manager, you'll provide overarching support across multiple projects, collaborating closely with the Group Programme Director, Project Managers, Leads, and Sponsors to ensure overall portfolio delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
* PMO Management: Maintaining project governance and standards, developing PMO processes, supporting portfolio management and prioritisation, monitoring project progress, conducting health checks, ensuring compliance, and driving TMO process adoption. You'll also track and escalate portfolio risks and issues.
* Project Coordination & Support: Assisting with project mobilisation, monitoring, and closure, coordinating activities and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and providing targeted project support when needed. You'll be a central point of contact for portfolio-level risks and issues.

* Proven track record in delivering value within a project management function.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile PM certification (desirable).
