Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to one particular department, including file management, document formatting and client correspondence. Assist with the preparation, collation and filing of documents and legal bundles. Maintain accurate records on the case management system and ensure documents are properly archived. Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting queries as appropriate. Schedule meetings, book rooms and assist with travel arrangements for senior management. Support billing processes and assist with time-recording when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
