Job Description
We are looking for hard-working, reliable team players to join our team of loaders in the Leicestershire area. Working as a refuse loader, you are the face of the local bin collections so you must have a professional approach at all times when working. You will go out on set routes to collect waste and recycling bins locally. You will work well as a team to get the job done, be happy working outdoors no matter what the weather and dark morning starts in winter months. This is a physical role so you must have a good level of fitness and be comfortable walking in safety boots.
Duration: Ongoing and regular work available
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid from £12.21 per hour. This will increase to £13.07 per hour after 12 consecutive weeks with the client.Holiday is accrued from your first shift, up to 28 days per year pro rata.We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.
Working Hours: Shifts available throughout the week – Monday to Friday with start times from 06:30am.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous outdoor working experience would be an advantage. You will be happy working outdoors in any weather condition and be comfortable doing a physical job in safety boots.
