Commercial Insurance Handler
Salary: From £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid working - 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Insurance Handler to join their dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused insurance professional looking to further their career within a respected and specialist brokerage. Working closely with the broking teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day management of client accounts and ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative and technical support to the broking teams.
* Assisting with the management and servicing of client accounts.
* Preparing policy documentation, processing renewals, mid‑term adjustments and new business.
* Liaising with insurers and clients to ensure efficient handling of enquiries.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Supporting the delivery of tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* Previous experience within the general insurance sector.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Working knowledge and experience of the Acturis system.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A professional and customer-focused approach.
