Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting strategic media plans, optimizing paid social campaigns, and driving audience engagement across multiple social platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure maximum positive impact on our audience and ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Planning & Strategy
2. Develop, support, and execute comprehensive media plans across social and digital platforms to drive audience growth and engagement.
3. Identify and implement paid media strategies around branded content, licensed content, talent, and experiential marketing.
4. Build media plans with a keen eye on balancing creative placements and effective media spend, ensuring the protection of editorial tone and satisfying client requests.
1. Social Activation & Campaign Execution
2. Support paid and organic social media activations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brief objectives.
3. Work closely with content creators and third-party social pages to ensure delivery and impactful performance.
4. Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to enhance campaign performance.
1. Performance Analysis & Insights
2. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across campaigns.
3. Support providing insights and recommendations based on data to improve future media strategies.
4. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new advertising technologies.
5. Leverage third-party Brand Uplift partners to elevate campaign offerings, measure impact, and report findings back to advertisers.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience supporting media planning and/or paid social activation.
* Ideally some experience in setting up audience segments and optimizing campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads.
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, performance marketing, and social media analytics tools.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, content, creative, and client service teams.
* Passion for digital storytelling and positive, community-driven content.
