We are recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join a serviced office building based in Rochdale. This is to cover a period of maternity estimated at 6 months so you must be fully committed to this contract period.This is a varied and hands-on Receptionist role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities as Receptionist:
1. Welcome visitors and customers, directing them to the appropriate person or service
2. Process sales and payments accurately (face-to-face and over the phone)
3. Handle sales enquiries and prepare customer quotations
4. Escort customers to storage units and demonstrate access and facilities
5. Complete and maintain customer storage agreements and records
6. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
7. Maintain site security by screening visitors
8. Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming
