Key Responsibilities:
Attending breakdowns on customer sites.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on powered access equipment
Performing LOLER inspections and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical problems
Overseeing the work of apprentices
Complying with all safety regulations
What Were Looking For:
* Relevant experience or qualifications within the powered access industry eg. CAP, NVQ or manufacturer courses
* A sound mechanical knowledge in a powered access background.
* Competence in electrical and hydraulic systems.
* Experience in fault finding / diagnostics
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong knowledge of safety procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal andorganisationalskills.
* Positive can-do attitude to problem solving.
The ability to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing demanding hire environment and work well under pressure
