Sterling Personnel is currently recruiting for a Network Service Co-ordinator on behalf of our client based in Southampton.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Network Service Co-ordinator to join our client's successful team. With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, the client designs, installs and maintains business telecommunication solutions, document solutions and IT support for customers throughout the UK.
The main objective of the role is to manage the supply of network services to the client and maintain good relationships and process with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
Time Management Skills

Excellent telephone technique and manner
Experience & Training:
An understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
