Management Systems Officer Lisburn (Full-Time, Permanent) A great opportunity for a motivated professional to join a busy Compliance team. You will maintain and improve Integrated Management Systems (ISO ), manage documentation via SharePoint, support audits, analyse KPI data, and work with project teams to drive quality, safety and environmental performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update IMS documentation and procedures Support internal/external audits and accreditation requirements Manage environmental aspects/impact assessments Analyse performance data and contribute to continuous improvement Work with site teams using Procore to monitor compliance Ideal Candidate: Experience in SHEQ or management systems, strong ISO knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, proficient with Office 365/SharePoint, and able to work proactively across multiple teams.
