The role
You’ll be working across Cornwall on a mix of reactive breakdowns, planned maintenance, and customer-facing work. The role covers a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
* Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment
* Working on hydrocarbon systems (experience preferred)
* Completing job reports, F-Gas records and compliance documentation
* Carrying out site risk assessments and following safe systems of work
* Delivering a professional, customer-focused service
* Taking part in a well-managed on-call rota with appropriate support
What we’re looking for
* Experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Good practical understanding of health & safety
* Manufacturer or OEM training
* 40-hour working week
* On-call rota discussed openly and fairly
