About the Role
This is a role for a true creative generalist, where no two days are the same. One day, you might be designing slick real-time broadcast graphics for a major football match. The next, you could be pioneering a fun and interactive design system for a reality tv show, with a web application to boot! Or even creating social media graphics to champion the Dizplai brand. You'll be a vital creative engine driving our projects, working alongside our Senior Designer and the rest of the Dizplai team to deliver stunning work for high-profile clients.
What you'll be doing:
* Bringing Ideas to Life: You'll be the creative force behind our projects, elevating client branding and crafting stunning graphics for broadcast, streaming, and web applications. Your work will be central to live experiences, focusing on real-time stats, audience participation, calls to action, and lead generation. This role offers the chance to tackle a wide variety of exciting challenges.
* Being a Collaborator: You'll work closely with our product managers and in-house designers and developers to turn ideas into reality. Your designs won't just be beautiful; they’ll be functional, accessible, and ready for a global audience on a variety of platforms.
* Pushing Creative Boundaries: As a close-knit and forward-thinking team, we're always experimenting. You'll have the freedom to dive into new creative styles, master new tools, and stay ahead of the latest trends in graphics, motion and UX. Your curiosity and passion will help us evolve our own brand and continue to innovate in a fast-paced industry.

Who We’re Looking For
You're a mid-weight Graphic Designer with 4+ years experience with a killer portfolio and the kind of creative energy that's contagious and fun to collaborate with! Specific experience in the sports or broadcast industry isnt necessary, just a demonstrated passion and flare for design, a genuine care for creating amazing fan experiences, and a generalist’s love for variety. You’ll know your way around Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and have experience with Figma.
