The Opportunity
We’re looking for aFacilitiesManagerto ensure the safetyandefficiencyof thehigh-quality operations of RSA House. This role willmaintainthe RSA House to the highest standard, support daily operations and publicevents whilst preserving the architectural and historic integrity.
This role is based at RSA House in Londonfive days a week.
Whatyou’lldo
* Lead the day-to-day operational facilities and maintenance of RSA House.
* Act as the key point of contact for building-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure thatRSA House is compliant with all relevant legislation.
* Follow and develop planned maintenance schedules, repairs, and refurbishments across RSA House ensuring the historic fabric and sustainability goals are met/preserved.
Who you are
* Highlyorganisedwith the ability to manage andprioritisecompeting tasks/deadlines.
* Calm,professional,and proactive in responding to operational tasks and emergencies.
* Practical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsunder pressure.
* Able to communicate efficiently with staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
Your key experience
* Demonstrable experience in managing facilities and building operations.
* Proven abilityto implement health & safety procedures andcarry outinspections.
* Experiencecoordinatingplanned and reactive maintenance.
* Ability to manage and build relationships with contractors and service providers.
