Working with a high-growth, global fintech building out its core payments infrastructure.
This role sits within the card acquiring / processing space, focused on scaling and optimising payment capabilities across multiple markets.
Youâll be stepping into a high-impact, execution-heavy role where product craft matters more than domain depth.
What youâll be doing:
* Owning product initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through to launch
* Working closely with engineering, commercial and compliance teams to deliver scalable payment solutions
* Translating complex scheme and processing requirements into clear, deliverable product outcomes
* Driving improvements in performance, reliability and scalability of payment flows
* Partnering cross-functionally to unlock new opportunities across global markets
* Collaborating with a high-performing engineering team, including occasional travel to Berlin
What theyâre looking for:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience
* Strong product fundamentals â prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder management
* Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
* Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward with pace
* Payments experience is helpful, but not essential
