You will
1. To invoice all new and used cars ready for delivery.
2. To tax all new cars ready for delivery.
3. Allocate all new vehicles with a new registration.
4. Push and adjust all vehicle PDI lines.
5. Set up all and invoice all add on products ready for delivery.
6. Create all UVD’s ready for finance to process the new car contribution.
7. Book transporters for new car sales
8. Check all post-handover paperwork ensuring it is compliant with company polices.
You will have
9. IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, and Excel
10. Good telephone and interpersonal skills
11. Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail.
12. Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function.
