Luxury Packaging Account Manager – North West
Up to £45k DOE
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Packaging Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of premium brand clients. Working directly for a manufacturer, you will act as the primary commercial and operational contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving profitable growth. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and the high service expectations associated with premium brands

Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop key client accounts within the luxury, premium, or high-end FMCG sectors (e.g. cosmetics, fragrance, spirits, confectionery).
Act as the main point of contact for clients, owning relationships from initial brief through to production and delivery.
Translate client briefs into clear internal specifications, coordinating closely with estimating, design, production, and supply chain teams.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within agreed commercial parameters.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value, upsell premium finishes, materials, or alternative manufacturing solutions.
Monitor account performance, pricing, margins, and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Manage issue resolution professionally and efficiently, maintaining strong client confidence at all times.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits as required.
Maintain accurate CRM, order, and account documentation.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as an Account Manager within luxury packaging, premium print, or high-end manufacturing.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, finishes, and production processes (rigid boxes, cartons, foils, embossing, specialty substrates, etc.).
Experience working directly for a manufacturer rather than solely in agency or trade roles.
Commercially astute, with experience managing pricing, margins, and account profitability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with senior brand stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems.
