Teaching Assistant
£100-£110 per day
September 2025 – July 2026
Opportunities have arisen within a cluster of reputable alternative provisions within Buckinghamshire, seeking exceptional people looking to make a difference to those that are unable to thrive within mainstream educational settings. The trust of schools accommodates learners that present a broad range of needs and requirements and are therefore looking to recruit flexible and willing candidates for full time positions.
Specifically, this setting specialises in supporting learners with Social, emotional and mental health challenges. Facilitating learning for students of this nature is both utterly rewarding and life-shaping for those involved, and impactful upon their adult lives.
Staff here adopt a nurturing, caring and warm approach, and are sure to consider all aspects of its learner’s development within its provision. The setting lends to this nicely, with it being in a quiet and serene environment, surrounded by nature and greenery.
Whilst it is beneficial for candidates to have experience of supporting SEMH learners, it is not essential. The setting welcomes those that may be newly graduated or have an interest/desire to support those that do not fall into mainstream education.
