Robert Half are supporting an established and growing manufacturing business in the Thame area, in finding an HR Business Partner/Manager to join their team. Our Client, works with their customers specific needs, providing them with the best solution possible. As HR Business Partner you will have line management responsibility for an HR Advisor, and partner with a number of stakeholders, in a multi site business.
This is a maternity cover, for a minimum of 6 months, and paying circa £50,000 DOE.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Provide generalist HR support across the business
2. Work with key stakeholders and managers
3. Lead on Employee relations, coach and develop managers around ER management
4. Drive learning and development activity, working with line managers to promote coaching and performance manager
5. Involvement in HR Projects
6. Coordinate TUPE transfers, as the business grows through acquisition
7. Lead recruitment activity, working with trusted recruitment partners
Person Specification
8. Experience working in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
9. Level 5 CIPD qualified
10. Enjoys working in a fast paced, multi site environment
11. Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work in a flexible manner
12. Excellent coaching and development skills
13. Able to work strategically and operationally
