Role Purpose:
To control Air Freight accounts on a start to finish basis, and develop excellent customer relationships through the delivery of consistent and high-quality service.
Position Specification:
1. Manages all bookings from start to finish for allocated customers
2. Develops relationship with allocated customers
3. Issues booking instructions to overseas offices
4. Processes Export bookings
5. Accepts all orders (from customer or overseas office) and assumes full responsibility for their successful completion from door to door
6. Proactively informs the customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution
7. Processes UK Customs Clearance
8. Manages any other site involved in a shipment
9. Develops processes and tools to support customer interface and communications
10. Takes and handles customer inquiries
11. Takes and registers all customer complaints and drives solution of customer complaints by solving it directly or assigning tasks to other function
12. Ensures correct on time billing to the customer and accruals
13. Has full responsibility for end-end file handling
Key Skills:
Strong background in Air Freight Forwarding export is advantageous

Package:
Salary Range - 30-40k + Annual Bonus
Holiday - 25 days + Bank Holidays
