We are currently looking to recruit an Account Supervisor – Service Delivery Supervisor to join our expanding and dynamic team. This hybrid role combines both operational field delivery and staff supervision, with approximately 50% focused on revenue-generating service work and 50% on leading and supporting site engineers. As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will be a core member of our operations team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient service delivery. You’ll be instrumental in building strong relationships, enhancing operational performance, and supporting our team of field engineers in delivering critical services to our clients. Proven Experience in Compliance Services – Ideally with a strong understanding of ACoP L8 water safety guidelines and a background in water hygiene or related industries. Hands-On Leadership – You’re ready to step in and support the team operationally while also guiding and managing engineers to be their best. Strong Organisational Skills – You’re detail-oriented and can juggle competing priorities, ensuring KPIs are met and issues are resolved quickly. Proactive Problem-Solving – You identify and address challenges before they escalate and act as the first line of support for performance and operational concerns. Tech-Savvy and Process-Oriented – Comfortable using digital systems, mobile work management tools, and spreadsheets to help monitor performance and service delivery. A Full UK Driving Licence – Essential for visiting sites and supporting regional teams. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with risk assessments, method statements, and client specifications. Conduct site audits and competency assessments of engineers to ensure high standards. Oversee and update contractual KPIs, proactively resolving issues with scheduling and missed visits. Attend urgent or short-notice jobs as needed to avoid service cancellations and client disruptions. Support scheduling teams by resolving access issues and ensuring optimal resource planning. Resource Utilisation & Team Supervision: Maximise engineer efficiency and ensure effective route and work plan adherence. Supervise site engineers day-to-day, reviewing timesheets, holiday requests, expense claims, and handling minor performance or conduct issues. Act as the first point of contact for engineers regarding vehicle issues, PPE, equipment, and technical support. Provide regular coaching and knowledge sharing to build team capability and competency. Escalate complex issues to the Account Manager and keep accurate records of disciplinary or performance discussions. Client & Account Support: Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring services align with their needs. Identify and flag any areas of non-compliance and support the account team in delivering corrective actions. Represent the company professionally and consistently uphold our corporate image and values.
