As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our restaurant. You’ll play a key role in making every guest feel valued and ensuring they have an outstanding dining experience. Whether it’s greeting customers, taking orders, or serving delicious food, your friendly personality and attention to detail will set the tone for a great meal.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and Seat: Welcome every guest with a smile, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
* Take Orders: Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions with a positive attitude.
* Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring everything is perfect for the guest.

* Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organised front-of-house area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
