What are you good at?
1. Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
2. Speaking with people on the phone, be it clients, colleagues, solicitors, lenders or potential clients. You should be able to handle some tricky conversations and be able to help push things forward when they grind to a halt
3. A good generic understanding of mortgages is beneficial but not essential
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Identifying client needs and working to reach the best possible outcome for the benefit of our clients and the business
6. Reaching targets and achieving great results
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage Administrator
7. Maintaining relationships through regular contact with your mortgage advisers, lenders and clients
8. Ensure clients have a smooth and pleasant experience with the Just Mortgages process
9. Administer mortgage and protection applications from the point of sign-up, whilst supplying outstanding documents to lenders and insurers
10. Assisting the mortgage and protection advisors with supplying integral data to lenders and insurers
11. Work proactively with all parties involved in the process to ensure that policy terms are produced as soon as possible
12. Use specialist in-house systems to add relevant notes to cases, input data where necessary and change the status of mortgage and protection applications to ensure we achieve maximum efficiency for the client.
13. Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process and help with any non-advice based questions to ensure peace of mind and a smooth, high-quality service from Just Mortgages.
