In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a CRM Campaign Planner to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Sales & Marketing Function. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home. Start date: 1st December 2025.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for the planning and execution of key campaign communications which help tactically fill our ships as well as deliver longer term strategic holiday sales. The role requires a competent CRM Marketer with strong technical knowledge of CRM models, data and systems. The role holder will operate independently, lead projects, work with senior stakeholders, and make decisions on how their work influences guest behaviour.
The role holder will be proficient at understanding the correlation between engagement and conversion and will apply CRM knowledge to ensure campaign communications drive traffic to sales channels. A solid understanding of CRM personalisation practices is required.
Responsibilities
* End to end campaign planning of sales and engagement communications, including gathering insights, selecting audiences based on database knowledge, implementation, reporting, and budget ownership for campaigns.
* Manage relationships with agency partners, lead status meetings, support the CRM manager on budget maintenance, and support junior CRM team members as appropriate.
* Translate segmentation and data science modelling into campaign concepts.
* Oversee production of all marketing collateral for campaigns and collaborate with Data Science, Insights and Creative Studio to brief, feedback and approve communications.
Role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President); this position is CUK09.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive knowledge of planning CRM campaigns utilizing personalisation to meet commercial targets.
* Experience using CRM systems to build selections and campaigns (Fast stats and People Stage).
* Skilled in Microsoft suite and Adobe analytics.
* Excellent experience in managing agency relationships and working on segmentation models.
* Thorough knowledge of guest engagement tactics.
* Some knowledge of CRM compliance law.
