Senior Producer Dambuster Studios - creators of the number one BAFTA-nominated smash hit Dead Island 2 - has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer to join our highly talented Production team. Role overview As a Senior Producer, you’ll be responsible for guiding the planning and execution of complex product features across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll champion efficient production practices, drive progress through informed decision-making, and act as a critical connector between disciplines to ensure clarity, cohesion, and delivery. Help teams understand feature goals and requirements, ensuring alignment and momentum. Lead the planning, tracking, and delivery of complex feature sets across multiple teams, including working closely with tech teams. Own task planning and scheduling for your area of responsibility. Coordinate with Producers and Project Managers to balance resources and foresee project risks. Identify and manage risks within your scope; support escalation and mitigation planning as needed. Own the roadmap and delivery status of assigned features, ensuring transparency and accountability. Anticipate challenges early and offer data-informed recommendations to maintain delivery standards. Collaborate across production, design, engineering, and leadership to align resources, timelines, and priorities. Engage in meaningful cross-functional discussions to guide decisions and represent team needs. Actively resolve production obstacles and enable a well-connected, smoothly operating team. Maintain and improve production processes aligned with studio-wide goals and strategies. Drive ongoing improvements in tools, workflows, and process efficiency. Contribute to recruitment efforts, fostering a strong and inclusive production team culture. Mentor and support associate producers and junior team members, encouraging professional growth and strong process adoption. Communicate with clarity and professionalism across all levels of the studio. Requirements Proven experience across full development cycles of at least two shipped game titles. Deep familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, scrum boards). Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and build productive working environments. Comfortable resolving complex issues and navigating ambiguity. Able to influence, implement change, and support production leadership decisions.
