What you’ll be doing:
* Unpack and put away deliveries from courier, hauler and container using the provided functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist with picking and delivering of in-house requisitions along with any other deliveries required i.e., samples, documents.
* Work with the Genomics Team and other shipping staff to retrieve samples and then return once they are finished with.
* Deal with routine stock queries, both from the Goods In and Goods Out Teams. This will include incorrect batch numbers used, missing stock items and providing feedback regarding errors.
* Use Sage 200 and other business software to generate shipping documents for orders leaving Neogen Europe, for booking in purchase orders received, running daily reports and any other required tasks.
* Assist with daily rotational stock takes and year end full stock takes.Continual stock management is also required, this includes but is not limited to, stock condensing, consolidating and querying discrepancies.
* Operate forklifts, assist with the safety checks required.
* Help keep all areas of stores and warehouse clean, tidy, and safe daily.
