Our client provides training for Senior Leaders running Private Equity funded companies. They are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to cross-analyze multiple customer data points in order to drive operational efficiency.
Using your technical skills, you will be required to analyze key customer data to decipher trends and answer questions around who customers are and how they can be segmented into groups and types.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze customer churn rates and engagement levels to align with customer characteristics.
2. Interpret trends to see how the customer base is developing over time.
3. Establish recommendations on how to effectively track engagement with existing data and identify key profile types and their engagement habits.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience analyzing customer data, specifically within B2B or membership/subscription businesses, is required for this role.
