We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of a Housing Officer, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £14.67 - £18.59 per Hour Responsibilities: Conduct tenancy audits to ensure properties are being maintained. Perform mutual exchange inspections and support the property exchange process. Visit residents during their introductory tenancy to offer early support and advice. Carry out estate and block inspections to uphold high neighbourhood standards. Conduct accompanied property viewings with potential new tenants. Essential Requirements: Experience in social housing or tenancy management roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for property visits and inspections). Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
