About The Role:
We have partnered with a mid-sized company that specialises in creative commercial and retrofit projects and is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Mid-Weight Designer to join their team.
Based in their vibrant central London office, you will play a pivotal role in translating creative concepts into detailed and executable plans. Your prior experience working on commercial projects, either architectural or interior-focused, will be crucial in ensuring designs are not only visually stunning but also functional and feasible.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Mid-Weight Designer with either an architectural or interiors background who wants to work within a social and adaptable team and demonstrates a genuine passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to contribute to successful project delivery
* Balance multiple commercial / workplace projects at once, ensuring all design work aligns with the client’s vision and brand
* Create thoughtful, original design solutions that meet the needs of design-led briefs
* Confidently communicate design concepts and proposals to clients in a professional and engaging manner
* Take the time to understand client needs through a consultative, collaborative briefing process
* Support senior team members by assisting with the development of presentation materials and project documentation
Key Skills / Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or a related field
* Previous experience in commercial/workplace projects is necessary for the role
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary
* Experience using Revit in a professional practice is a plus
* An adaptable and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate ideas
* Highly organised and strong time management skills
