We are looking for a Driver to join our Accident Repair Centre in Trafford. The position is a high-profile role within the business, involving the collection and delivery of customer vehicles and managing site administration when required. The successful candidate will ensure all customer vehicles are collected, cleaned, and delivered efficiently, timely, and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities include:
1. Collect and deliver vehicles while adhering to all highway laws, including speed limits and restrictions.
2. Inspect vehicles, assess damage, and capture detailed photos throughout the process.
3. Complete all administrative tasks related to the role accurately and promptly.
4. Follow Health and Safety protocols, reporting issues as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with company procedures for car cleaning and imaging, including cleaning vehicles upon return.
6. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Bodyshop Manager.
7. Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm during work.
8. Lightweight (Lorry) training will be provided; full training will be given.
9. Hold a full UK driving license with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
10. Be proficient with computers, PDAs, and smartphones.
11. Provide exceptional customer service focused on satisfaction.
12. Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented.
13. Support colleagues and work effectively as part of a team.
14. Approach tasks carefully and complete them within given timeframes, maintaining high standards.
