Role:
The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work. The position will be a temporary contract with the view of extension or permanent offer depending upon performance.
Duties will include:
1. Taking a proactive approach to customer service.
2. Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
3. Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
4. Updating and maintaining the internal database
5. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
6. Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone
Person:
7. Excellent Communication Skills
8. Previous educational experience would be preferable but candidates will be considered with public sector experience
9. Hold strong system skills
10. Administrative experience
