About Ruby:
Ruby is a bright, bubbly young woman in her 30s with a zest for life and a passion for all things beauty and fun She's a huge fan of Disney and Bratz dolls, loves makeup and fashion, and enjoys staying active with gym sessions and swimming. Ruby attends college two days a week and takes part in exciting clubs like cooking classes. She's adventurous, loves day trips to the beach (rain or shine), and is always up for a thrill.
The Role:
We're looking for a Personal Development Worker to join Ruby's expanding team. Your role will be to support Ruby in living her best life—helping her achieve her goals, explore new opportunities, and enjoy the activities she loves.
What you'll do:
* Provide person-centred support to Ruby in her daily routines and activities.
* Accompany Ruby to college, clubs, and outings (think beaches, gyms, and maybe even theme parks).
* Encourage independence and confidence while having fun along the way.
* Help Ruby pursue her interests in beauty, fitness, and cooking.
* Support Ruby to maintain her property -daily household duties required.

* Reliable and flexible to support Ruby's busy and exciting schedule.
