Kingdom People, Due to recent growth, are looking to add to our successful fulfilment team based in central Havant which has created an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant.

This will be a fast-paced recruitment role engaging with our amazing temporary workers and clients on a daily basis in the office and on our client’s sites.

Where: Havant

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with on call requirements ( based on rota evenings and weekends)

Salary: £25,500.00 Per Annum + competative commission !!

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the existing client base, increasing the division’s sales by developing new business and sourcing suitable candidates and/or recruiting suitable temporary workers.

Duties will include: -

* Client Management – proactively manage day to day relationships with clients.
* Candidate Registration, Interview & Selection.
* To attract good quality applicants to FPR Group maximising all methods of advertising and available resources. Ensure all candidates are entered on to the Company CRM.
* To investigate new clients, follow up all leads and gather market information.
* Use the SWEEP method to ensure all prospects meet division criteria and make regular business development calls to existing & potential clients, recording them on the Company CRM.
* Promote yourself in a positive light utilising approved social media such as Linkedin.
* Develop good relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
* Attending client visits with the objective of promoting FPR Groups Recruitment Services.
* Monitor market conditions and competitor activities providing information and reports to the Snr/Consultant / Manager
* Ensure that client information is updated on the Company CRM.
* Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual.
* Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies
* Ensure the completion of temporary payroll each week (temporary worker consultant only).
* Attend site when required to support inductions, check ins, worker reviews, resource and planning and feedback meetings with client (temporary worker consultant only).
* Covering out of hours phone, evening and weekends and occasionally onsite during busy periods or events (temporary worker consultant only)
* Provide weekly statistics as required by Head Office

Qualifications and Education Requirements

GCSE’s (C or above) in English & Mathematics essential.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills required. Must be IT literate. Good interpersonal skills, face to face, via telephone & email. Good attention to detail, highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative, multi task and work within a busy environment.

Additional Notes

Driving licence required.
