Monday–Friday Role
Salary: £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial buildings. This is a field-based role with a company van and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance
* Fault finding and repairs on mechanical plant and equipment
* Maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and AHUs
* Monitor and maintain heating and cooling systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
* Liaise professionally with clients and on-site personnel
* Complete maintenance reports and paperwork accurately
Requirements
* Mechanical qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or commercial maintenance environments
* Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
* Experience with pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework systems
* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
