Overview
A I E W Ltd are a leading Independent Electrical Wholesale buying group based near Ilkeston, dealing in trade electrical products, sockets, switches, lighting, cables and small connectors.
We are looking for a full time warehouse operative with the following skills and experience.
Responsibilities
· Picking and packing of customer orders
· Producing advice notes and carrier labels (computer work)
· Checking goods received and putting into the correct location
· Customer returns includes computer work
· Booking in goods received (computer work)
· Stock ordering (computer work)
· Customer queries by telephone or email
· Fork lift truck driving
· Maintaining clean and tidy warehouse
Experience
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in materials handling.
* Knowledge of forklift operation is essential; certification is a plus.
* Experience with warehouse management systems, specific training will be given
* Knowledge of trade electrical materials would be useful.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
