The role
Lead the future of Naval training and shape national capability.

Responsibilities
* Leading and embedding Naval training contracts into the wider business, enabling collaboration and joined‑up delivery.
* Creating and executing strategies to expand and enhance our training portfolio, including Naval Nuclear, Mission Systems and special projects.
* Working closely with contract leads, future business teams and Group colleagues to identify and sponsor new growth opportunities.
* Engaging with senior customers, partners and internal leaders to maintain strong relationships and high‑quality delivery.
* Driving operational, financial and safety performance across the portfolio.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Essential Experience
* Established leadership background with proven P&L accountability.
* Experience engaging with a broad and diverse customer base.
* Sector experience across Marine, Mission Systems and/or Nuclear environments.
* Strong track record in developing and executing business strategy.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
