Location & Hours
Location: Site Based in Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, permanent. Flexible start and finish times can be discussed.

Your Role
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective installation of electrical services across significant projects. In this supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a real impact on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical installations, ensuring safety, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
* Guide and mentor other supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
* Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers for smooth project delivery.
* Manage quality control procedures and maintain accurate progress records.
* Contribute to risk identification and provide creative solutions to challenges.

* You possess strong technical knowledge of electrical services installation and safety, supported by relevant industry qualifications.
* You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
* You enjoy building relationships and connections across teams.
