Youll sit at the intersection of technology, problem solving, and customer interaction, working as part of a well-established team responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting feature-rich platforms across both our Fuel card and Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions.

Youll be the first point of contact for customers and business users, assisting with product and software-related queries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience through timely responses and clear communication.
Youll apply problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to deliver effective resolutions while upholding excellent customer service standards.
What Were Looking For
* A solid technical background, enabling effective communication with development teams.
* A team-oriented, collaborative, and resilient mindset with attention to detail and sound judgement when escalating.
* Knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries to investigate issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
* Familiarity with using API testing tools such as Insomnia or Postman to test, validate, and troubleshoot API requests and responses.
* Analysis skills, with expertise in gathering and documenting detailed information to inform potential future development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments.
* Passionate about learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
* Understanding of microservices architecture will be an advantage.
