Salary: £26,500 + 22.5% shift allowance
Shifts:
Earlies: Mon–Thurs 06:00–14:00 | Fri 06:00–12:00
Lates: Mon–Thurs 13:45–22:00 | Fri 11:45–16:15
Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to support a busy manufacturing operation in Denham. You’ll help ensure production runs efficiently by managing tooling, fixtures, gauges, consumables, and stock within multiple stores areas.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish stock and maintain Kanban locations.
Issue tools, consumables, and equipment to production teams.
Support stock control processes, including cycle counts and goods-in tasks.
Keep records updated and ensure stock data remains accurate.
Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S activities.
About You
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing stores environment.
Basic knowledge of health & safety procedures.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail with a practical, organised approach.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
