This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, where youll play a meaningful role in supporting our clients and contributing to our mission. This will be 3x12.5 hour shifts and will include some weekend work. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,727 per annum, plus an additional market premium of £3,709, recognising the value and impact of your work. Write care plans and ensure these are followed and handed over to all staff, take an active part in hand over and report any concerns to the Management Team. De-escalate and manage stressful situations in a calm manner. Regularly fully utilise the Trust Client File with designated clients to ensure that they are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes. Provide support and guidance to other Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service and to support client engagement.
