An excitingopportunity has arisen for highly motivated GPs to join North Cumbria Primary Care (NCPC) working in a salaried role oneither a full time or part time basis.
These roles are based in Carlisle with Eden Medical Group. On occasion travel may be required in Carlisle and throughout North Cumbria,supporting other NCPC practices as necessary. There may also be the opportunityto work remotely supporting NCPC practices.
We are a TIER 2 visa Sponsor that can process applications expeditiously.
Main duties of the job
Supported bya strong clinical team led by the NCPC Medical Director and Carlisle Locality GP lead, Dr Joanne Daly,you will play an important part with developing shared ways of working toimprove quality and systems across NCPC. You will be motivated with providingoutstanding patient care and promote the development of clinical services. Integralto this are the NCPC values embedded within the organisation relating tokindness, respect, ambition and collaboration.

The clinicalteams comprise GP Salaried leads, Salaried GPs, an experienced cohort ofAdvanced Clinical Practitioners and a strong nursing team all complimented withmanagement teams within the practice and across the organisation. As trainingpractices we support GP Registrars and FY2 doctors whilst on placement.

This role is based in Carlisle with Eden Medical Group and Warwick Square Group Practice and on occasion will require some travel in Carlisle and throughout North Cumbria, supporting other NCPC practices as necessary. There may also be the opportunity to work remotely supporting NCPC practices.
