ABOUT THE ROLE
We have been asked to find specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £20 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for Infrastructure projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven track record of delivering RC frame and Groundwork projects completed on time and within budget
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
4. Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability
5. Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering

Salary range of £80,000 – £90,000 per annum.
