Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Salary: £28,000- £32,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm (One day WFH)
My client, a family-owned block and estate management company that have been operating for nearly 20 years are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the team in Kent. You will be assisting the property managers with general day-to-day tasks, shadowing and learning as your responsibilities increase. This is a great opportunity to move into block management or continue your career / development in this field!
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Working alongside and assisting the Property Managers with day-to-day tasks
* Shadowing inspections and organising contractors as required
* Overseeing compliance with safety regulations including H&S and FRA
Must have:
* Driving license and own car
* Lettings or Block management experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organised and punctual
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* A keen problem solver
* Client facing
* Strong administration and excellent IT skills
* Ability to build long-term relationships
* Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have but not essential:
* IRPM (TPI) and / or ARMA qualified
