This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with behavioural or SEMH needs and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Main Duties of Behaviour Support: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs. Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques. Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement. Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support individual plans. Monitor progress and report concerns to senior staff. Maintain safeguarding standards at all times. Essential Requirements of Behaviour Support: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural or SEMH needs. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Calm, patient, and resilient approach. Ability to manage challenging situations effectively. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
