About the Team
Reporting to the Scheme Manager, we are hiring a Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis.
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch), 5 days a week at Hyland House. Your role is to keep the site maintained to meet and, where possible, exceed the Service Level Agreement standards.
About Your Role
Daily responsibilities include executing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and the Life Cycle Replacement schedule in line with performance requirements. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and support a safe working environment. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
About You
* Experience in an Electrical or Mechanical role
* Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualification
* Track record of conducting PPMs
* Experience working with CAFM systems
* Proactive, team‑oriented attitude
