What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and coordinate a busy Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) workforce, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value for money. Conduct full property surveys, raise and manage work orders, and oversee completion to a high standard. Drive performance across reactive repairs, planned works, and compliance with health and safety legislation.
