Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Darlington. These roles offer flexible working opportunities and the chance to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.
We're working with a variety of educational settings that require skilled and passionate Teaching Assistants who can support classroom learning, provide targeted interventions, and contribute positively to the school environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing one to one or small group support to pupils
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
You need:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
